Kevin is an experienced and dedicated real estate professional whose career in the industry began in 2008. For more than a decade he has built his foundation in the real estate world by focusing on property management by helping owners, investors and tenants navigate the complexities of rental properties, upkeep, tenant-relations and maximizing asset value.
Originally based in Buffalo, NY, Kevin developed strong skills in communication, negotiation and service orientation while managing multiple properties and working with a diverse set of stakeholders. His hands-on experience gives him a deep understanding of what it takes to maintain and grow real estate assets.
In 2022, Kevin made the decision to relocate to the charming hamlet of Glenwood, NY, motivated by both a love of the Western New York region and the opportunities it presents. Since his move, he has chosen to refocus his license toward residential sales, bringing his property management background to the home buying and selling side of the business. This unique combination means he doesn’t simply help clients find a home, he helps them understand the full lifecycle of home ownership, from initial purchase through long term stewardship.
